By creating an account or using BLASTR ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. By using BLASTR you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

BLASTR is a subscription-based platform that allows users to upload, schedule, and publish video content to multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) from a single interface.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any video, photo, audio, or other content you upload to BLASTR ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership over Your Content, and nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to us.
By uploading Your Content, you grant BLASTR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, reformat, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service — including storing it in the Content Library, transcoding it for delivery, and publishing it to the destination platforms you select. This license exists only to let us provide the Service to you; it ends when Your Content is deleted from BLASTR, except for residual copies retained briefly in backups or logs as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for, Your Content — including any music, video, images, likenesses, or other copyrighted or trademarked material it contains — and that uploading and distributing it through BLASTR does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and copyright policies of each destination platform. BLASTR is not responsible for content removals, copyright claims, strikes, or account actions taken by those platforms.
We do not use Your Content to train AI/ML models, and we do not sell Your Content or share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver it to the platforms you've connected (see our Privacy Policy).
If BLASTR receives a valid copyright infringement notice regarding Your Content, we may remove or disable access to it and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BLASTR to upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise in violation of any applicable law or the policies of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

BLASTR offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BLASTR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or that posts will successfully publish to any third-party platform. Third-party APIs may change or become unavailable at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLASTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed posts, platform outages, or third-party API changes.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BLASTR after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
